Most orders ship the day they’re received, and all orders are processed within 24 business hours. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping your order. Check your inbox for a "Shipped Chips" email from us, including your order tracking number.

The nitty gritty: Orders placed after 12:00PM ET will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM ET, excluding holidays).

Because our chips are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.
